The inquiries are comprised of correspondence to individuals and other institutions. Most of the requests are in reference to materials sold by the shop such as catalogues, postcards, and photo reproductions, as well as requests for general museum information, invoices, and lost / found items.

Processing Information

These records were accessioned from Storage A in in July 2007.

30 boxes of materials from the museum shop were found in Storage A. Much of this material was discarded after assessment by Lacy Schutz, archivist, Susan Roeper, librarian, and Bob Gniadek, director of finance. The archives team processed the remaining records. The records were organized, staples were removed, and the items were placed in acid-free folders and boxes.

Some of the records were acrued at a later date and are arranged roughly by topic as they were originally found.

In November 2022 Mario Cesareo revised this collection.
