These materials were transferred to the Archives from the Director of Exhibitions and Collections' office.
Processing Information
The collection was filed in folders with subject headings. Many of the photographs have limited identifying information. When no information was available, a general attempt was made to describe the subject matter.
The June 2022 revision included renumbering and rearranging the photographs into series based on box size and subseries based on subject. The photographs were not retitled and were kept as close to the initial order as possible within the new organization.
