From the Series:

Series III, Board of Trustees, includes two subseries. Subseries A includes records related to specific Clark Trustees, including meeting minutes, appointments to and retirements from the Clark's Board, and correspondence between the Director's Office and Trustees. Subseries B is comprised of general Trustee meeting information, including presentations given to the Board pertaining to museum functions, records on the Clark's Expansion Project, new Trustee orientation information, unofficial Trustee meeting minutes, and details of the Board of Trustees Nomination and Governance Committee. The Nominating and Governance Committee is a Board-specific committee which worked to evenly rotate board seats and maintain the appropriate number of Trustees at the Clark. Also included are appeals for the Capital Campaign to the Board of Trustees. Much of this material is currently closed to research.

Conditions Governing Access

Records relatecd to the Clark's Board of Trustees are closed for 50 years from the date of creation. Records will be opened to the public at the discretion of the Clark Archivist. Select records, such as personnel and finanical information, may remain permanently restricted.
